Hi 👋, I am Dr. Ngozi Kabuo
A Professor of food science and technology 💻, public speaker 🎙️, entrepreneur 💡, researcher 🔬 and philanthropist 🙏.
My research focuses on processing indigenous crops into semifinished, finished, and ready-to-eat products to enhance shelf life and add value.
I am motivated by the need to preserve these crops during times of surplus, when post-harvest losses are high and farmers often struggle to earn sustainable incomes.
Through product development, I aim to transform harvests into goods that last longer, reduce waste, help farmers boost production and earnings, and ultimately strengthen food security by adding value to local agricultural resources.
